Bird Houk Receives OCMA Award of MeritMarch 14, 2007: Columbus, OhioOn March 14, at the Ohio Concrete Masonry Association's Annual Meeting in Columbus, Ohio, Bird Houk Collaborative received the 2007 OCMA Award of Merit in the category of ‘Stone Retaining Wall Structural Design’. The award, given annually, honors excellence in design for projects using concrete. Bird Houk was awarded for its design of the natural stone retailing wall at Parkway Crossing Condominiums in the City of Grove City, Ohio. Parkway Crossing is a 195-unit condominium community developed by Schottenstein Real Estate Group, featuring a clubhouse and recreational facilities.
