Developers reveal partnership to develop a 228 acre property.

Bird Houk Collaborative is currently working on the master plan and corresponding architectural design standards for a 228 acre mixed-use development in Eastern Evansville. Developed by Hirsch-Martin Development, LLC, the project was announced to the Evansville community on Friday, May 11, 2007.
