Burns Joins BHC as Retail Project Manager

Mr. Carlo Burns joins the BHC family as a Project Manager specializing in retail architecture projects.

Bird Houk Collaborative is pleased to announce that Mr. Carlo Burns has joined the firm's Architecture Studio as a Project Manager specializing in retail projects. With more than 11 years and 750,000 square feet of retail experience, Carlo brings deep knowledge to the firm's retail/mixed-use studio. He contributes demonstrated project leadership skills to BHC's multidisciplinary team. In his new role as Project Manager, Carlo will be responsible for complete project oversight, including tenant and developer coordination, construction administration, construction document development, specification writing, and budget management.

Prior to joining BHC, Carlo worked as a Project Architect at Lusk and Harkin in Columbus, Ohio. His experience includes management of retail accounts such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Petsmart, and Dick's Sporting Goods; as well as telecommunications and food service projects. He is a graduate of the The Kent State University School of Architecture & Design.
