River Ridge Wins 2008 Build Ohio Award

BHC project takes top honors in $7-20 million category.

The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Ohio has honored the Shoppes at River Ridge, a Bird Houk Collaborative designed project, with a 2008 Build Ohio Award.

Taking top honors in the New Build $7-20 million category, River Ridge is a 100,000 sq. ft. retail center in Dublin, Ohio.

Established in 1991, the Build Ohio awards program recognizes commercial contractors for excellence in construction.

Members of Lincoln Construction were on hand to accept the award on behalf of the team. More than 400 contractors from across Ohio were in attendance at this year's Celebration Gala.

This is the second award given for this project. Earlier this year, BHC won an Ohio Concrete Masonry Award for its innovative design of the retaining wall on the west side of the site.
