Vukcevich Adds New Design Talent

BHC welcomes seventh LEED accredited professional

January 20, 2009

Bird Houk Collaborative is pleased to announce the addition of Ivan Vukcevich, LEED AP to our multidisciplinary team.

Ivan contributes two and a half years experience as a draftsman at 360 Architecture. He is a Master of Architecture who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. Ivan is working on completion of the IDP process with the goal of professional licensure in the future.

As an architectural intern, Ivan will be providing drafting, modeling, project coordination and design support to a broad range of clients. In his new position, he will draw on previous experience providing concept generation, code analysis, drafting, and construction administration support for downtown parks, sports facilities and condominium projects. He is proficient with drafting and 3-D modeling software, including Form Z, Sketch Up, Rhinoceros, and AutoCAD. His aptitude includes the use of InDesign and Photoshop for graphic presentation.

A LEED accredited professional, Ivan’s interests include new sustainable technologies in energy consumption, including alternative energy sources in building design and LEED certified construction methods and research. He has worked on projects incorporating green roofing, passive solar, and photo voltaic panels.

BHC is thrilled to have Ivan on staff. We look forward to his contributions to our team.
