A unique site on a hillside provides dynamic views of the Scioto River for these high-end condominiums, ranging from 1,100 to 2,700 sq. ft. A phased project, Phase I consists of 32 units - eight units per floor. Phase II, completed in 2006, consists of 28 units - nine and ten units per floor, ranging from 1,290 to 3,199 sq. ft. Custom finishes, open floor plans, 10’ ceilings and 8’ x 15’, aluminum-railed terraces, are some of the unique design elements in each unit.
