Case Study

ParkCenter Circle

Dublin, Ohio

Bird Houk Collaborative completed site capacity studies and architectural design for this 23,021 sq. ft. retail center at corner of Park Center Circle and Paul Blazer Parkway in Dublin. The client wanted a building with high visibility from the four-lane Tuttle Parkway and a scale that was proportional to the adjacent hotels and restaurants.

In order to accomplish these goals, BHC created the appearance of a two-story building. An illuminated rotunda, visible from the main parkway, anchors the building. A variety of restaurants and retail shops populate the center. Traditional materials with a varied color palette were used to add interest to the facade and create the look of multiple building types, adding character and enhancing the pedestrian experience.
